『東アジアの将来展望：連邦制移行､憲法改正､台湾の復帰』



【靖国問題】

〓軍国主義に凝り固まっていつ暴発するか分からない根っからの無法者である東北の蝦夷(えみし)から大和民族を解放し安寧を齎した坂上田村麻呂や源頼義､源義家､源頼朝､桃井直常､高師直､ダグラス･マッカーサーを英霊として靖国神社に祀るべし｡

〓日本を『大和』､東北6県から成る『蝦夷(えみし)』､そして『沖縄』から成る連邦国家に移行し､大和が連邦全体の外交と防衛を担うべし (東北に大和民族による鎮守府と鎮守府将軍を復活･配置すべし)｡

〓『ブルジョア革命軍』としての歴史を持つ米軍または米軍＋フランス軍の中に『大和民族部隊』を発足させ､それを何れ『日本の国防軍』として分離独立させて､ユダヤ人解放政策を含む法の支配と自由主義ブルジョア憲法､シンクレティズムを共有する運命共同体である日米同盟あるいは日米仏同盟を恒久的に維持すべきである｡

〓更に『日本の国防軍』を発足させると同時に､東北の蝦夷(えみし)に牛耳られている現在の自衛隊を解体すべし｡

【台湾の法的地位】

〓中国共産党が飽くまでも「台湾問題は内政問題だ」と主張するならば、国連という外部組織が「どちらが正当な政府か」を決定した1971年のアルバニア決議は「内政干渉（憲章2条7項）」という矛盾を孕む｡

〓すなわち「台湾問題は内政問題だ」と強弁し続ける中国共産党は､国連安保理常任理事国たる地位を維持できなくなるということだ｡

〓そもそも党公認の非人道的な拷問､銃殺､強制労働､餓死､輪姦･屍姦､共食い(人肉食)で2,000万人を粛清した文化大革命(1966年～1976年)を遂行中だった中国共産党を国連安保理常任理事国に迎え入れた1971年の国連総会アルバニア決議そのものが常軌を逸しており､現在まで効力を維持していると認識されていることこそ異常である｡

【連邦制への移行と台湾の日本復帰】

〓沖縄も台湾と同様､法の支配と自由主義ブルジョア憲法を共有する世界の諸地域から成る運命共同体の一員であり､決して中華人民共和国の一部でないことは確かである｡

〓無知蒙昧な中国共産党指導部が民意を無視して『台湾は支那の一部だ』と言って聞かないのと同様に､軍国主義に凝り固まった根っからの無法者である東北の蝦夷(えみし)､すなわち日本の反米･極右も『沖縄は日本の一部だ』と頑固に言い張って聞かないだろう｡

〓1951年のサンフランシスコ平和条約で日本は台湾を明示的に放棄した｡

〓これがアメリカもコミットした既成事実になって台湾が日本に復帰する妨げになっているのであれば､支那の国営メディアが報じた通り『沖縄は日本の一部でない』と中国共産党が明確に認識しているのを利用して､①沖縄を形式的に日本から独立させ､②沖縄と台湾を統一する新国家(『新沖縄国』)を樹立､③更に『新沖縄国』(=沖縄･台湾の新国家)と日本が連邦国家を樹立するという三段論法で沖縄(含む台湾)を日本に復帰させることは可能である｡

〓台湾(“中華民国”)と国交を維持している国が世界中で僅か12箇国まで減ってしまった｡

〓こうした中で台湾が平和裏に生き残るための最も合理的な選択肢は“日本への復帰”となりつつある｡

〓但し､それを実現するには複雑な東アジアの政治力学に配慮しつつ､息の長い道程を覚悟する必要がある｡

＞## Future Outlook for East Asia:
＞Transition to a Federation, Constitutional Reform, and the Return of Taiwan

＞### 【The Yasukuni Issue】

＞ * Sakanoue no Tamamuramaro, Minamoto no Yoriyoshi, Minamoto no Yoshiie, Minamoto no Yoritomo, Momonoi Tadatsune, Ko no Moronao, and Douglas MacArthur—who liberated the Yamato people from the Emishi (barbarians) of the Northeast, who are die-hard outlaws steeped in militarism and liable to erupt at any moment, thereby bringing peace and tranquility—should be enshrined at Yasukuni Shrine as revered souls of the war dead (*Eirei*).

＞ * Japan should transition into a federal state consisting of "Yamato," "Emishi" (composed of the six prefectures of Tohoku), and "Okinawa," with Yamato bearing the responsibility for the diplomacy and defense of the entire federation. (The *Chinjufu* [pacification headquarters] and the position of *Chinjufu Shogun* led by the Yamato people should be revived and deployed in Tohoku).

＞ * A "Yamato People's Unit" should be established within the U.S. military or a joint U.S.–French military—both of which possess histories as "bourgeois revolutionary armies"—and this unit should eventually be separated and made independent as the "Japanese National Defense Forces." Through this, Japan should permanently maintain the Japan-U.S. Alliance or a Japan-U.S.-France Alliance as a community of destiny that shares the rule of law, a liberal bourgeois constitution, syncretism, and Jewish liberation policies.

＞ * Furthermore, simultaneously with the launch of the "Japanese National Defense Forces," the current Japan Self-Defense Forces, which are controlled by the Emishi of Tohoku, must be dismantled.

＞### 【The Legal Status of Taiwan】

＞ * If the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) adamantly insists that "the Taiwan issue is an internal affair," then the 1971 Albania Resolution, in which an external organization—the United Nations—determined "which is the legitimate government," harbors an inherent contradiction of "interference in internal affairs" (Article 2, Paragraph 7 of the UN Charter).

＞ * In other words, the CCP, by continuing to stubbornly claim that "the Taiwan issue is an internal affair," will become unable to maintain its status as a permanent member of the UN Security Council.

＞ * To begin with, the 1971 UN General Assembly Albania Resolution itself—which welcomed the CCP into the UN Security Council as a permanent member while it was in the midst of executing the Cultural Revolution (1966–1976), during which 20 million people were purged through party-sanctioned inhumane torture, execution by shooting, forced labor, starvation, gang rape/necrophilia, and cannibalism—was completely aberrant. It is highly abnormal that this resolution is still recognized as valid today.

＞### 【Transition to a Federal System and the Return of Taiwan to Japan】

＞ * It is certain that Okinawa, like Taiwan, is a member of a community of destiny composed of various regions of the world that share the rule of law and a liberal bourgeois constitution, and is by no means a part of the People's Republic of China.

＞ * Just as the ignorant and unenlightened leadership of the CCP ignores the public will and stubbornly insists that "Taiwan is a part of China (*Shina*)," the Emishi of Tohoku, who are die-hard outlaws steeped in militarism—namely, Japan's anti-American, far-right factions—will likely stubbornly insist that "Okinawa is a part of Japan."

＞ * Under the 1951 San Francisco Peace Treaty, Japan explicitly renounced Taiwan.

＞ * If this has become a fait accompli committed to by the United States and is obstructing Taiwan's return to Japan, it is possible to bring Okinawa (including Taiwan) back to Japan through a three-step syllogism.

＞This can be achieved by utilizing the CCP's clear recognition that "Okinawa is not a part of Japan," as reported by China's state-run media:

＞① formally grant independence to Okinawa from Japan,

＞② establish a new state that unifies Okinawa and Taiwan (the "New State of Okinawa"), and

＞③ have this "New State of Okinawa" (the new Okinawan-Taiwanese state) and Japan establish a federal state.

＞ * The number of countries maintaining diplomatic relations with Taiwan (the "Republic of China") has dwindled to just 12 worldwide.

＞ * Under these circumstances, "returning to Japan" is becoming the most rational option for Taiwan to survive peacefully.

＞ * However, to realize this, it is necessary to be prepared for a long and enduring journey while carefully navigating the complex political dynamics of East Asia.
