They arbitrarily hailed Prince Kitashirakawa Yoshihisa—a member of the Fushimi-no-miya house and former head priest of Kanei-ji and Rinno-ji temples—as "Emperor Tobu," only to turn against Emperor Meiji’s Imperial Army. Later, they infiltrated the heart of the Yamato people and, acting behind the backs of the general public, instigated the Manchurian Incident. They also launched the surprise attack on Pearl Harbor without any prospect of victory, inflicting untold misery upon the people of both Japan and the United States. The Emishi of Tohoku were truly *mushō*—"devoid of Buddha-nature" or, in other words, incorrigible outlaws—just as the Hossō sect monk Tokuichi had pointed out.
It is high time to enshrine figures like Sakanoue no Tamuramaro, Minamoto no Yoriyoshi, Minamoto no Yoshiie (Hachiman Taro), Minamoto no Yoritomo, Momoi Naotsune, Ko no Moronao, and General MacArthur at Yasukuni Shrine—men who subdued those incorrigible, militaristic, and volatile Emishi of Tohoku and brought peace and stability to the Yamato people!

There was a piece of trash—a Nihon University graduate and a total moron—who, right at the start of the new year, would loudly announce in the crowded cafeteria of the company dormitory that he had "paid his respects" at Yasukuni Shrine. He did this unprompted, honoring the Emishi of Tohoku—people who were incorrigible outlaws, obsessed with militarism and prone to sudden, violent outbursts.
This complete fool from Nihon University worked as a photographer for the company newsletter; whenever others mocked him, he would blast the *Tensai Bakabon* theme song—"This is fine, this is fine, Genius Bakabon, Bakabon-bon"—at a volume that echoed throughout the entire dormitory. He was truly an exasperating character.
