〓無知蒙昧な無産階級を買い被って 彼等の意の侭に政策運営するなら､彼等は必ず「物が安く手に入ることが労働者や無産階級の利益」と言い募るので､その社会は正常財を忌避し劣等財ばかり生産·消費することになる｡

〓しかし高価な正常財を忌避して低コスト·低品質の劣等財(安値コピー製品)ばかり作って流通させる経済は､デフレや不況が慢性化して窮乏化する｡

〓東西冷戦期に旧ソ連や東欧が経済的に自滅したのは このようなメカニズムが働いたためである｡

〓従って福沢諭吉翁が『学問のすゝめ』の冒頭で指摘した通り､近代市民国家における自由主義ブルジョア憲法の下の平等は､『丁稚の権助』(無知蒙昧な無産階級､『社畜』)を買い被るような過度に形式的な平等のことではない｡

〓精神的自由と私有財産権が手厚く保障されブルジョア(有産·有識)階級が存分にリーダーシップを発揮できるような社会､活発なイノベーションが起こる社会を指すのである｡

〓戦前の日本ではブルジョア(有産·有識)階級である地主の判断に従い､小作人の分業体制が敷かれていた｡

〓一方､農地解放によって小作人が小地主となった戦後は地域社会に自治会が作られ､地主と元小作人に形式的平等の建前で自治会に所属することになった｡

〓だが その結果は身を持ち崩してヤクザの子分になる元小作人の小地主と､ブルジョア(有産·有識)階級が存分にリーダーシップを発揮する近代市民社会を批判する共産党員の続出である｡

〓日本の地域社会の治安が悪化し､日本全体が不況を追い風とする劣等財メーカー牽引型の共産主義的産業構造に陥って抜け出せなくなった｡

〓これ以上 日本経済が落ちぶれぬよう､近代市民革命(自由主義ブルジョア憲法)の原点に立ち返って地域の分業体制を復活させる必要がある｡

〓However, with the land reform of the American Democratic Party, a group of hypocritical liberals, many former tenant farmers became small landlords, and predictably, many ended up ruining themselves, becoming gangsters or Communist Party members who weakened the nation.

〓In the 20th century, spurred on by the rampant hypocrites of liberals, the Emishi of Tohoku infiltrated the power centers of the Yamato people. These Emishi, entrenched in militarism, were inherently lawless and prone to outbursts.

〓The Emishi of Tohoku, acting independently beyond the reach of the Yamato people, instigated the Manchurian Incident, and then, equally beyond the reach of the Yamato people, launched the Pearl Harbor attack and recklessly plunged Japan into the Pacific War. This inflicted unimaginable suffering upon the Yamato people.

〓After the February 26 Incident, the Yamato people were unable to drive out the Emishi of Tohoku, who had seized control of the army and led the military police, on their own.

〓Similar to France under Nazi occupation, the Yamato people were liberated from the Emishi of Tohoku by the US military. However, this time, their private property rights were restricted by the occupation policies of the hypocritical liberal American Democratic Party. As a result, the Yamato people faced serious problems such as deteriorating public order due to former tenant farmers who had branched off into yakuza groups, and economic decline due to former tenant farmers who had become communists.

〓It was the hypocrites of the liberals who urged the inclusion of the Emishi of Tohoku, who, throughout history, had been targeted by the Yamato people for subjugation, spouting nonsense about not discriminating against them, despite their deep-seated militarism and inherent lawlessness that could erupt at any moment.

〓Post-war, former tenant farmers—swayed by the rhetoric of liberal hypocrites (the "scum of the U.S. Democratic Party") who preached the complete equality of landlords and tenants—degenerated into yakuza underlings or Communist Party members. They began to swagger about with impunity, brazenly disrupting the public order of local communities.

〓These former tenant farmers are what Yukichi Fukuzawa, the preeminent enlightenment thinker of modern Japan, called "Gon-suke the Apprentice"—an ignorant and unenlightened proletariat.

〓In the modern nation-state, which replaced absolute monarchs granted power by the Divine Right of Kings, leadership is meant to be exercised by the bourgeoisie (the propertied and educated class) based on the rule of law and liberal bourgeois constitutions.

〓A society that is spiritually free and materially prosperous, where the bourgeoisie provides leadership, was established as the ideal modern nation-state and the global standard.

〓If one overestimates the ignorant proletariat and manages policy according to their whims, they will invariably argue that "cheap goods are in the interest of workers and the masses." Consequently, such a society will shun normal goods and instead produce and consume only inferior goods.

〓However, an economy that shuns expensive normal goods in favor of circulating low-cost, low-quality inferior goods (cheap copies) will face chronic deflation and recession, leading to eventual impoverishment.

〓This is the very mechanism that caused the economic self-destruction of the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe during the Cold War.

〓Therefore, as Yukichi Fukuzawa pointed out at the beginning of *An Encouragement of Learning*, equality under a liberal bourgeois constitution in a modern nation-state does not mean an excessively formal equality that overrates the "Gon-suke apprentices" (the ignorant proletariat or "corporate drones").

〓Rather, it refers to a society where spiritual freedom and private property rights are strictly protected, allowing the bourgeoisie to fully exercise leadership and fostering a climate of active innovation.

〓In pre-war Japan, a system of division of labor was established among tenant farmers under the judgment of the landlords, who comprised the bourgeoisie.

〓Conversely, after the war—when tenant farmers became small landowners through land reform—neighborhood associations were formed, and landlords and former tenants were made to join them under the pretext of formal equality.

〓The result, however, was a succession of former tenants who ruined their lives to become yakuza underlings, and others who became Communist Party members criticising the very modern civil society where the bourgeoisie should lead.

〓To prevent the further decline of the Japanese economy—which is trapped in a communist-style industrial structure led by manufacturers of inferior goods thriving on recession while local security worsens—we must return to the origins of the modern nation-state (the liberal bourgeois constitution) and restore the regional system of division of labor.
