〓そもそも現金(キャッシュ)や銀行預金などマネー·ストックを調節する金融政策を任された中央銀行が重大な過ちを冒す事態に対処することが、金融政策当局の管理の外側で流通する暗号資産(仮想通貨)のレゾン·デトルであった。

〓従って､暗号資産を上場したり､中央銀行の公開市場操作対象に位置づけるなど､金融政策当局の管理下に編入することこそ暗号資産(仮想通貨)のレゾン·デトルを抹殺する利益相反､すなわち公序良俗に反する行為なのである｡

〓アメリカ大統領が､金融政策当局の管理下に置かれる銀行預金や有価証券､現金(キャッシュ)のみしか保有しないことは､寧ろFRBによる金融政策の重大な過ちを正す立場にあるアメリカ大統領が絶対に冒してはいならない利益相反行為である｡
